Since you landed here you are probably looking for someone who can build your new website. Well done! You found the man for the job. I can handle projects from scratch (yes, even your logo and brand identity, so don't worry), or projects for established brands that build on preexisting visuals and aesthetics. No matter the size of your project - I can do it all. I am part of a network of creative professionals and agencies capable of handling even the most challenging jobs.

You shall not overload your Landing Page. You shall not draw crap on Michelangelo's fine art. You shall not use effects for no reason. You shall keep it clean and simple. I'm the guy who makes people buy your stuff. I do websites, classic print design, branding and development. From time to time I get paid to coach people so they become as awesome as I am (doesn't really work tho).

Hi! I'm Daniel. I am a designer. Means I don't have a specific style. Because real designers adapt to Clients. I will go out of my way to make something that enhances your brand and tells your story - not mine.

I mainly do web design, web development & branding but from time to time I also do graphic design (print), illustration, packaging design and pretty much anything else.

My Process

Daniel Spatzek Project start to finish 6 Steps Version .02
Daniel Spatzek Process 01
1

Briefing

Send me a detailed brief with the following information: who you are, core values, business goals, target audience, what you sell, required features, scope of the project (or sitemap), timeframes and deadlines, examples of other websites you like and everything else you think is important.

Daniel Spatzek Process 02
2

Evaluation

I will take a close look at your brief and assess whether the project meets the terms and requirements of both parties. If there is a match, we will have a online meeting to discuss how to proceed.

Daniel Spatzek Process 03
3

KickOff

We discuss approaches and concepts to find the perfect solution for your needs. Multiple sessions can be held if necessary.

Daniel Spatzek Process 04
4

Design

This is where the magic happens. I will work on art direction, concept and design. In the first phase I present a mood board or 2-3 screens showing the look and feel of the final product. After the direction has been approved, I design the entire project.

Daniel Spatzek Process 05
5

Development

After approval of the design/mood, the respective screen design is developed. I will update regularly on the status of development so you always have a clear insight into the progress.

Daniel Spatzek Process 06
6

Quality Assurance

After development is complete, we continue to test on multiple browsers and devices to fix bugs. After your final approval, the site is ready to ship.

FAQ

nothing to see here :)
Mini Daniel Spatzek
01. Daniel, how much is a website?
(asked by clients)

Hmm, let me ask you something first: How much is a car? Depends on which one you want, right? The same applies to websites: the costs depend on your needs, scope and features. Therefore, your budget determines what I can do for you. But don't worry, I'm happy to tell you exactly what you're getting for your set budget.

02. Daniel, how long does it take to make such awesome websites?
(asked by clients)

Depends on requirements and scope, but typically smaller projects take ~2 months and larger ones 3-4 months (from kickoff to go-live).

03. Daniel, can you also deal with bigger projects ?
(asked by clients)

Sure! I own a small remote agency (Spatzek Studio) which is part of an international network of design & development superstars.

04. Daniel, are you a designer or developer?
(asked by clients)

I am both. All my projects have been designed from scratch by myself. Many of my websites were one man projects built with Nuxt.js + Storyblok CMS. For larger projects I work with my remote core team from Spatzek Studio.

05. Daniel, what web design trends can we expect to see in the near future?
(asked by designers)

Old TVs on the streets will be the next big thing, according to trusted sources. Wallpaper patterns behind FAQs are also pretty hot right now. And rumor has it that every website needs at least one image of a guy standing on a volcano. Also keep an eye on the 'draw crap on fine-art movement'.

06. Daniel, is that really you in the framed picture above?
(asked by elderly women)

Yes, it's me at the launch party for my very first solo coded website.

07. Daniel, why did you name your studio after yourself. Are you that narcissistic?
(asked by my psychiatrist)

Yes.

08. Daniel, how do I become as awesome as you?
(asked by everybody)

09. Daniel, did you use drugs while designing this website?
(asked by users)

Nope, it's all just good old-fashioned mental illness.

10. Daniel, why don't you have as many followers on Twitter as I do?
(asked by Tobias Van Schneider)

My beard sucks, so no chance.

11. Daniel, what is the content of the infamous hidden section?
(asked by people without a keyboard)

Just some comments and the original version of this site. So probably the most important section of all.

We need to finish strong

so here comes the marquee with an interactive 3D element in the background:

office@danielspatzek.com

Contact me and I will create something even better for you. (Pro tipp: Don't scroll further down - it only gets worse.)

Don't you dare leave this website! (Come back here! I bet you haven't even found the hidden section.)
OK dude, chill. I won't.
